Miscommunication and “glitch” from the system resulting in wasting nearly 5 hours of my time without any repairs being completed minus the oil change for which I came in for. It was communicated to me that repairs I approved would be completed by 3-4 pm. Upon arrival, service department was unaware that I had requested any additional repairs most likely due to lunch schedule. Break down of communication has happened several times since purchase of the vehicle. Most likely will not be returning or purchasing an additional vehicle from the location due to this, as this has not been a uncommon occurrence in my experience

Brought my car in for servicing I told them. That I hear noise when I’m backing up and to check it out they said it was a problem with my front balls. I have that fixed by another mechanic outside of Toyota and I’m still having the same noise when I back up I brought my car in three times to Toyota after receiving brakes four months ago and I still have the same noise

I waited over three hours for a basic maintenance service that I made an appointment for. This service provider told me to expect three hours but never apologized or acknowledged this was an extraordinary length of time for basic service. When I pointed it out to her, she merely said ‘there were a lot of appointments this morning.’ I felt ignored and pushed aside and do not think I will prioritize using your services again. There were several ways to improve on this experience and none of them were offered.
