Wait at service center was long. Made an appointment for 3 pm but did not get checked in until past 3:30 pm. No one was even at the front to answer questions and check us in. I went inside to ask about the wait and the man at the desk was rude and wait until someone comes. He eventually came to help me himself and did not even apologize for the wait. Please be more efficient and have workers prepared for services, especially services on the weekend.

My advisor Phillip was very helpful and friendly! The only thing is that toyota should have the car wash service again, I know that Honda next door is having theirs car wash service, I think toyota should have that too!
