Stop wasting time and resources sending emails about status of car and when it is ready. When there were no emails in the past, it was great. When I am in the wating area trying to relax and shoot the breeze as a way to get away from the hectic life, the last thing I want to do is check emails. I don't like to feel wired up having to check emails. I was sitting right in the waiting area and prefer the advisor just walk up to me like in the past. Or just call on the phone if I am not in the waiting area. All those emails are an OVERKILL. And after I picked up my car and come home, the last thing I want to see is so many emails.

The Michelin tires provided by Piercey were NOT the same Michelin tires that were installed originally when the car was sold new in 2012. As a result, no tires were purchased/ installed and two hours were wasted. To be completely satisfied, the 51psi max inflation pressure 215/45/17 Michelin Primacy MXM4 can be supplied (4) at the originally agreed upon installed price of 469.85 (minus disposal fees- taking existing tires). This would be great!

My tire pressure light came on about 2 minutes after I started driving. Took the car back right away and the rear 2 tires were low on air. I think if you're going to rotate tires, might as well check the tire pressure too before you have the owner pick it up.
