After finding my oil life at 15%, I frantically called Hedrick Honda’s service to see if they had any openings for an oil change. They had no openings, but encouraged me to come anyway in hopes I could be “fit in.” I met William when I checked in at the service area. He was very kind & helpful. After checking with the service management, he was able to fit me in! I was incredibly thankful since I drive every other week to Virginia to care for my mother-in-law. My exprience today was horrible I had an appointment for oil change I was there for 2 hours what's the point of having an appointment if they're not going to see you within the hour. My car was returned to me without the sticker in the window and my maintenance light was still on. I brought my car from Honda of Concord I have an Infiniti Q50 if you don't know how to take care of the car don't sell it. The the service manager said to me they work on Hondas as if they don't know how to take care of me finity I hope and pray that did my oil change correctly
