Waited for 3 hours. I was told that I would get updates via text on my vehicle. Service area was closed and I was the only customer left in the waiting area. I was never approached by any staff to find out if I needed help. Come to find out the guy who checked me in just left. This is ridiculous. I’m a long time Honda customer and I have been coming to Honda of Concord for years. I may have to find another dealership and bring my business elsewhere. Worst customer experience ever. I regret that I have recently bought a new vehicle from this establishment.
