He owned a Honda Civic so sharing this story made me happy to be a Honda Accord driver and soon to be owner. He assisted with a a filter I brought to insure quality it was put in correctly. Awesome. When women get car service they have a tendency of feeling like the Automotive department could take advantage of their lack of car maintenance knowledge.
