EXCELLENT SERVICE. David Itoopp made the whole thing very easy and the shuttle to TIAA CREF was awesome. NEVER going back to Scott Clark again for my needs! If I knew you guys were a Hendrick dealer I would’ve been coming there for a while as I’ve had great service from them in the past in my BMW+Jaguar... and pretty sure most ppl in Charlotte know all of Hendrick’s dealers have a synonymous excellent reputation. Should advertise as simply “Hendrick Honda” just my 2 cents.
