You failed the car in tires, tget are not below 2/32. I just had them checked at Griffen Bros. You failed wipers, only one is defective. I'm now suspicious of the check engine light fix for $760. I will have this separately checked and get back to you

I dropped my car off the night before my 7:40 am appointment. I asked to be contacted when my car was done. I called the service department after 10:00am because I had not received a phone call or text message. They said they had just finished. It took over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation!? I’m glad I dropped the car off, or I would have been waiting in your lobby for that long. However when I arrived to pick up my car the associate was very friendly and helpful!

Cureal kept in close contact with me. He got the guy to come pick me up to bring me to the Honda dealership (my car was being towed). He got me connected with the rental car people. I was very pleased with the service as I got my car fixed and I was able to make it into Charlotte on time for my doctor's appt.
