Isaac was attentive and professional. The check in process, which was no fault of Isaac, was rather slow this visit. I waited by my car for about 10 minutes before being helped. Isaac was the only service advisor to acknowledge me while I was waiting, assuring me someone would help me soon. I would trust Isaac in the future as our service advisor.
