I made my appointment with a specified service specialist, Isaac. When I arrived I was told that that there was no record of this in the system. After the visit i did find an email confirming my request for Isaac so I’m not sure why this was changed without my notification as i also received a confirmation the day prior to my appointment that did not have an advisor noted. The specialist that assisted me was satisfactory. My problem was addressed And I purchased a new starter. In review of my paperwork/receipt after my appointment, it was mentioned that the multi inspection report was reviewed with me. It was not. I also did not get the customary summary of that inspection with this visit that helps to determine the current condition of my car. I also found it inconvenient that he had me leave my seat in the lobby to come to his station to give me the preliminary report on my car and then sent me back inside to wait while the service was completed on my car, at which point I had lost my seat in the lobby. Overall a satisfactory experience

I arrived to my appointment on time and was told to stay in vehicle someone will be with me shortly after awhile another car entered the service station and within minutes the tech went to the other vehicle not sure if it was because they were Caucasian and I am an African American but I felt very disrespected, I addressed the issue and was never given a answer on why it happened nor an apology, however shacoya walked in and asked was I being help and diffused the tension
