I’ve had Brad’s help several times over the past few years when I have brought my Element in for service at Honda of Concord. He’s always happy to see me (and seems to remember me to boot, that’s quite the memory), he is competent in getting a comprehensive history as to the issues I’m having with my (older) vehicle and, when contacting me regarding updates on my Element, is straight forward yet informative when discussing findings, recommendations and cost. Great guy, love the dealership and everyone I have had contact with there over the years.
