Bert was great. Very friendly, made sure to review paperwork and caught wrong pricing. I'm hesitant to go to dealerships because the last time I felt like she tried to upsell me but I didn't feel that way with Bert and I'll use him for future appointments. Thanks for a great experience.

Sacoya was wonderful.She explained everything in detail and apologized for the confusion with how long my appointment took and my concerns with my inspection report. I came in 6 weeks ago and fixed everything listed on the report and then was told 3-4 more things on my new report which confused me. My other problem was that it took 2.5 hours for an Express oil change and a tire plug. Other than that, visit was ok.
