It has been a while since I have been to Honda of Concord and was thrilled when I saw Jessica’s name as a tech when making my appointment. She has and is a joy to work with and I trust her opinion when she tells me that certain things need to be serviced on my Pilot. She takes the time to explain what is going on and the need to have it resolved. No offense to any of the other service advisors, but I only like working with Jessica.
