Came in for oil change, recall, inspection and warranty work on my Honda Accord EX-Li bought at your dealership (love the car). Another person checked me in and he was very courteous and helpful. He stapled the coupon to the work order and told me he would notify the person who was handling the order as the latter was out for lunch. The person who checked us out was polite but didn’t reach the same level of courtesy and care. First he told me that they had to replace the vents and that it would not be under warranty as I had broken the inlays (as a matter of fact, they had cracked due to a defect; I had the bag with the defect parts with me ). I had to get the manager who overrode him after one look and it will be replaced under warranty. Next he presented me with the bill without the coupon for the oil change (which was stapled to it) and then doubted he could honor it. The service manager next to him told him to honor it as it was a Honda coulpon. So all in all I am satisfied with my visit as I did receive the quality care for my car. However, this could have been handled better.
