Policy trumps the customer. I appreciate that Daniel, Matt, Wes, Isaac, and David are working with us on our problem, and they are still helping us, but I am disappointed that a clear issue with a recently and incorrectly repaired car (by another Hendrick dealership, no less) that we have already identified and showed them is not being speedily resolved. In my opinion, if the customer is willing to give the service techs a hint as to what they believe the issue is, the service manager should be willing to pass on that information without giving it total credence.
