My service tech was named Brad. He has excellent customer service skills, was very personable, and was able to get me in for a vehicle inspection, even though the shop was handling a heavy load. He explained the items necessary for best car care and maintenance. And he was able to direct me to the BEST DMV office in the area (Huntersville). That recommendation was “spot on”! I’m glad I visited when I did. (I even noticed how professional the other service techs were when they interacted with their customers.) “Hats off” to Brad and your crew!

The day after my car service my engine light turned on, and two other signs. The transmission light and one of the motion detectors. I immediately called, it was after hours, so the recommendation was to bring the car back to the shop. After the 4th time I turned off the car and sat off for a while the light and the issue stopped. I’m still planning to take the car to check that issue to double check nothing serious is going on. It shouldn’t because is a new car less than 25,000 miles.
