Technician forgot to reset the settings and therefore I had to return to the dealership . As I thought that my vehicle was not serviced. It was an inconvenience . But after I returned , the staff assisted with resetting settings.

First off Seader was just great. I have no complaints with him. The cost of the service was ridiculous and way too high I came in there last June and had a engine put into my car it cost me $4,150 to have that car put that engine put into my car at a goody Honda hasn't even been a year and I had to bring the car back from the same reason I took it in for overheating and they charged me $347.11 to have work done that I had already taken the car in to do in last June I'm very shocked by this and I really would like to have my money back because I do believe was under warranty so like I said Mr seder was great but having to pay for something twice is really unfair

I was told the car would be ready in 2 hours and although the technician found that the car needed additional work (brake oil ) I didn’t expect it to add two more hours to the total time. I had to text (no response) and then call the actual service Dept. at 12:30 to find out if my car was ready. Mike was very nice in bringing in the vehicle and writing up the service order but lacked the proper follow up skills.
