Mike Fogt was very helpful and courteous. He answered all my questions patiently. Unfortunately, he did say that he would call me when my car was finished but he did not. I did see he was with an customer when I returned to the service center. I suggest if someone at the cashier’s desk other than the service representatives could call the customer promptly when their car has finished being serviced this would make the system flow better. After all, the cashier’s desk has the completed paperwork.
