He's probably a good-natured person, but
he didn't tell me estimated cost. I found
out that on copy of order he gave me while
I was waiting. When the car was done to pay,
I told the cashier that I gave him $15-off
coupon. She phoned him and verified, but,
after I came home and looked over the invoice
statement copy, I didn't notice any $15 discount
on the statement shown. Plus, what I paid was
$4+ more than the estimate, which is not supposed
to be.

Alex has excellent customer service skills. He attempted several times to contact me to inform me of the status of my vehicle. I say attempted, because I had to ignore his call due to me being in meetings. Alex did leave a friendly and concise message demonstrating strong communication skills.
