Based on my personal experience, Dennis is very professional when it comes to dealing with customer like me. He explained to me all the details that I need to know about the service to my car. Dennis makes the Honda service department a welcoming place to me. I usually tend to avoid dealership services due to past experiences, however, that changed when Dennis became my advisor after buying my Honda at the Alhambra dealership. When I have a question and call Dennis he always answers or calls back promptly. This is so helpful when I’m trying to squeeze in a service or an oil change since he is honest about wait times. His customer service is on point as well, Dennis recognizes me and makes me feel comfortable with servicing my car at Honda. Even though I don’t agree with all your service prices Dennis makes the extra bucks worth it. Great Job at maintaining customer relations.
