I brought my car (8:30 am) for oil change and the advisor told me when the job is done (by 10:00 am) he will call me, but he never called when the job was done, I was waiting for his call, and finally I went to the the office (@ 10:30 am) and asked if the job was done and at that time I found out my car was done by 9:30 am according to the time stamp on the paper work. The advisor didn’t bother to call me and let me know that my car was ready for pick up so I was waiting for one hour for nothing. I wasn’t very happy.
