Advisors are arriving late after 7:00 am, there are more than 8 customers and one advisor only. I was first on arrive, do I have priority #, advisor was told by customers attendant I was first, advisor did not care, he went to help one person looks like same nationality. Customers attendance were upset on him, they told him twice that I was first. What a difference from Toyota dealers, team work better.??

I cannot express how happy I am with my service! During the time my car was at Goudy, there was a power outage. Jose made sure to inform me right away to ensure nothing would interfere with my plans. He did the same when the power came back and it was determined that the service would not be completed on time. These things happen, but Jose made sure to go out of his way to make sure that I was up to date with everything going on which I truly appreciated. All outsoles of my service were clearly explained so I knew exactly what options I had , whatever the problem ended up being. I’ve been having horrible service (elsewhere) lately. Jose’s service and dedication really changed that up for me. He is truly an asset to Goudy and to Honda. I thank him for his service and for making me feel like I was in good hands every step of the way. Thank you, Jose! And thank you Goudy!
