I paid $1,400 for my repairs which would have been half the price if I had gone to the Honda specialist by my house to which I always go to instead of the dealer, Unfortunately for me my car would not start waiting in line to get an oil change only. I'm a nurse and a single Mom of 2 who can't afford your astronomical prices, therefore the Least the dealer could do for their customers paying such a high price is wash their car or like other dealers offer first responders 15% discount.

I had dropped off my vehicle at 7am on Friday. The rep told me it should take 3-4 hours to complete the service. The service rep never called me to give me an update on my vehicle. I sent him a text message and he replied that it should be done soon. I went Saturday morning to pick up my vehicle and the rep told me it still wasn't done. I ended up being late for work and having to find a ride. The least service rep could have done was call me to set expectations.

I called in yesterday regarding a new rim and tire around 3 pm. The people at parts department assured they had the item and I requested to put it on hold. They said that was not an option and since I was not able to make it that day due to car issues I requested to make it in by today by 7 am. I arrived at 7 am, was the fifth car and had to wait 45 mins in my car just to see a dealer. The guy that helped me was gracious and I appreciate him. However he notified me that my rim had been sold already. Parts dept said it had been sold just this morning. The dealer asked me why I didn’t request to put it on hold. I was very unsatisfied since I called taken off work and arrived as they requested to know that I have to wait on a back order for a new tire for an entire week with no drive. This miscommunication was very unprofessional as I requested for a hold and was not given one and this was the only dealer in town that had my tire.
