I spent 30k on a vehicle with you this year. So that means I’m on your email list. Did you realize that I receive service coupons from you? Rhetorical. The price I received for my oil change would have been almost double if I didn’t take the time to research my emails AFTER I was given the estimate at check in. Why can’t you just reveal that the coupon you sent me was available? Poor customer service. I don’t appreciate this behavior after all of the the money I spent. What’s your response?

Everything was great, done in a timely manner and Daniel was very helpful. However, I mentioned to Daniel that one of the over head bulbs were out in the front. One my drive home I checked and it wasn’t done. Aside from that, everything was fine. And oversight I suppose.
