I took my car for oil change and when I pick up my car I saw inside the car the filter that goes under the car what made me think that my oil was not chanced so next day I went to tell them why the filter was there one of the employees said yes it was change if you go under the car and see you will see it was change I got pissed I told him I’m a women that’s why I brought my car here cause I thought I can trust the Honda dealer but I was wrong so I spoke to supervisor and yes the employee never change the oil to my car he forgot that’s what they told me so I suggest employees to be more supervised while doing there work and to be checked that they do there job I’m absolutely not taking my car to a Honda dealer

I have more of a comment about excessive pricing for repairs. Why are you charging so much money for repairs? My car is old. It’s 2016. I shouldn’t be paying excessive amount of money for an older vehicle, especially since I’ve gone throughout the years consistently kept up with monthly maintenance. Check car maintenance record.
