Daniel, Josh, and Kennedy Continue to Exceed Expectations I’m back at Goudy for a follow-up on the infotainment issue I mentioned in my previous review, and once again, Daniel, Josh, and Kennedy have demonstrated why this service department is exceptional. Daniel and Josh took the time to meticulously replicate the infotainment problem to identify the root cause rather than just guessing at a solution. This attention to detail is exactly what was missing at my previous dealer. Daniel also went above and beyond by coordinating with my extended warranty to arrange a rental vehicle, and Kennedy had me set up and on my way quickly. What really impressed me was how Daniel and Josh prioritized diagnosing my issue early in the day. I was prepared to wait until 4pm, but they had identified the problem and got me into a rental by 11am. Their efficiency and respect for my time didn’t go unnoticed. While waiting at the dealership, I had the opportunity to work from various areas, and I was struck by how welcoming the entire team was. The atmosphere and culture at Goudy clearly reflects a commitment to customer care from the top down. This is now my second visit where Daniel, Josh, and Kennedy have gone above and beyond. Good service and professional work

Wilson took care of my issue with the recall software update . I was shuttled to work and when Wilson called to say car was ready I was able to be shuttled back to pick up my car. Appreciated the service. The big concern I had was I was not notified about this recall before this incident. It’s important and has some real safety concerns if I had been driving when this happened ( car powering down) I’m thankful I want driving when this happened to my car .

Outstanding Service - Daniel, Josh, and Kennedy Went Above and Beyond After struggling with ongoing issues with our Honda Odyssey (sliding doors and infotainment glitches), Goudy was my last resort. I had taken my van to my local Honda dealer over 5 times, and despite their repeated attempts, the problems were never truly resolved. I drove all the way from Torrance to Alhambra hoping Goudy could help, since that’s where I originally purchased the van. They identified the root cause and went the extra mile by working directly with Honda to get a portion of the repair covered, even though my extended warranty didn’t cover everything.
