Neil was great. I asked him about getting an Uber ride back home and he directed me to go to the cashiers office. However, when I went to the cashiers office and asked for an Uber ride home I was offered a shuttle service since “they were limiting the amount of Uber rides and had a driver.” They said the shuttle driver was picking someone up near by and would be back soon. I waited over 40 minutes for a shuttle that apparently was “out.” So I went back and asked for an Uber. The receptionist apologized, but I could have been at my destination earlier, if they would’ve just gotten me n Uber. It’s not like it was coming out of their pockets. Rant over.
