Ivan is an excellent service manager! It was alarming to see the conditions the staff that he supports operates in. It was freezing and they all were committed to service excellence. Something should be done to improve their working conditions in freezing temperatures.

This is the second time that I’ve had my car serviced at this place and likely the last. The first time I felt unwelcome, still I decided to give them a second chance since I always had great experiences when I took my car to Selma Honda. I thought that customer services would be standard all across. I was wrong, this second time, again I was treated with poor customer service and again I felt unwelcome by the way the service rep was talking to me and his body language.
