1. It’s not your service dept’s fault that the sales team did not clearly explain to me that tire rotation is not included in the Honda Care program that they sold to me for a few thousand dollars over purchase price. They told me I wouldn’t have to worry about the cat and wouldn’t have to pay a penny for after sales service of any kind.
2. We have owned Hondas before and have serviced our cars at Goudy before. You usually give the car a quick wash.

Wilson is a great service advisor - I will keep using him.
But there is a big problem with wait times. I made an appointment and still had to wait almost 25-30 minutes before Wilson was able to help me. Have a better reservation system for appointments.

Was given a 4 -41/2 hour wait time. service rep gave an update after 4 hours that inflected they had just started the assessment..would take a bit longer. Another 90 minutes goes by to say that it will be another 90 more minutes.. took 7 hrs.
