I had requested a tire alignment during the servicing. But HONDA called me, after I left my car to tell me they had discovered a nail in my rear driver’s side tire ... but they would fix it for an additional $40. That is an OUTRAGEOUS Price, considering it just a plug fix... this was All in a text message... I suggested they lower their rate for this service... and since they did not want to do that, I suggested to cancel the tire alignment, I Knew I could could get the tire plug repaired for a LOT LESS, someplace else... NO REPLY from Honda...like they just wanted more money from a senior on a fixed income... that was not at all helpful Honda attitude, not at all...then they told me they could not pick me up or take me home because my house was 5.1 miles away, and now the maximum distance is 5.0... I have used Honda maintenance for my cars, over the years, because of the pickUP service... now, I’m a senior alone, and they won’t help me.. because I’m .1 mile out of their new driving range... what am I to do?

Mr. Wilson Yu provided excellent service. He educated me in the cause of why alignment was off, and it cause the tire treading to wear out. He was knowledgeable with the explaining to me with my questions about the parts of my car of what it was for, such as fender liner, so that I understand, and I am grateful for that.
