I dropped off my car got a oil change and tire rotation but when I picked it up they didn’t even change my filters. I don’t understand why they will change the oil and not the filter if it’s supposed to be a complete oil change. So I paid $138 just for them to change my oil and not do a full job?

I am being scammed for more money everytime go back for a service. First you guys fixed my condenser for free, then made me pay for an evaporator for the AC a month and a half later saying that it was the issue, now my screen for my radio doesn’t work after they fixed the condenser and pulled the dash for it but want me to pay for your service team damage. I am extremely unsatisfied and disappointed in this service team. Nothing but excuses and lack of customer satisfaction.
