I have been bringing my CRV to Goudy for seventeen years. While I have encountered service reps who are adequate and some who are very good (Dane Ishi comes to mind). Never, until today have I encountered one as affable and friendly as Mike Fogt. His manner made me feel comfortable about leaving my car for servicing. He made sure that I understood what was going to be done to my vehicle. He ranks far above other reps that I have dealt with. My hat is off to him.
