While the staff were completely polite, I do not feel my issue was resolved and I was left to simply accept that my vehicle really did not have anything done to it that would solve the problem I came in with. I dropped off my car with what I thought was a good description of the issue and even provided examples in the form of video of other similar vehicles (same year and model but different trim) and a whole forum thread that included what was done by that dealership to resolve the issue and am not sure if that was paid attention to.
After picking up my car, and driving over to the gym my car was left out of the gym for not more than 30-45 minutes and it was already start to make light screech noises; similar to what my vehicle had been dropped of for.
I’m not entirely sure what to make of my full experience, although at this point I can only hope that I do not hear the sound in the morning.

Service writer doesn’t like me to bring other dealerships coupon, ask me to don’t bring it. So I will go to other dealer from now on. He also recommended me to change 4 tires, but I went to tire shop, tire shop guy told me all I need to change is 2 front tires. I can’t trust Gouda’s service writer. Price was also extremely expensive, 4 tires and alignment was quoted $1642 plus tax, I was able to purchase Honda’s OEM tire, $250 each. Will never use Gouda’s service.
