I purchased the car a year and a half ago and was told I have three oil changes but wasn’t disclosed by the Honda team was that those free oil changes expire after a year the car was purchased. My father has been purchasing cars from this dealership since 1993 and was shocked by how bad the service was and how the Honda team would take advantage of his son who is me. I’ve read multiple reviews about this dealership service being bad and people being taken advantage of but I’m open minded to any place I visit but this dealership truly lives up to the bad reviews.

Andy was great.
However I am extremely upset and disappointed at getting a 5000.00 estimate to replace a faulty part that is not the result of normal wear and tear. I know that the bad audio part in my car has turned out to be a common issue in this model. I also know that many others have had theirs replaced by the dealership without charges.
I will be following up with the people who have had it done and plan to file a claim. We have been very longtime Goudy Honda owners and have always had a good experience. I feel compelled to share this issue on social media and I will not be recommending this car anymore. ( I also had an issue with the headlights that your dealership did take care of).
I appreciate your serious attention to this issue.

The technician who I first spoke to told me I didn’t need service with 15% oil life but since I was there, might as well - which I did not appreciate because I had called two weeks before when the service light had come on and spoken to a technician who told me coming in a week or so to get the maintenance done was a good call.
