This has nothing to do with Wilson. I felt misled because when I called the service dept, the lady told me an oil change is $49. I relied on that and brought my car in. Then found out it is $59. I am on a budget, but the service department didn't adjust to the $49 I was told over the phone. It's very deceptive business practice. I am surprised the Service Manager John Wilson is not doing anything to stop this deceptive practice
