I felt that the gentleman that assisted me didn't have customer service skills. He seems bothered that I didn't do the full service that my vehicle required. The reason was that I couldn't afford it and so I decided to wait to have the funds or go elsewhere. I think it bothered him too that I asked if there were any discounts. The whole conversation just felt unfriendly. I've worked with other service attendants and they are friendly even if I don't do all the work needed on my vehicle. They assure me that they will be ready to assist me when I'm ready and for this reason I return to Goudy Alhambra. I'll be returning to Goudy, I just rather work with someone else.
