Andy was great. Andy is courteous and friendly. He explained process and gave me different options regarding vehicle service and payment options. However, the wait time was extremely too long. I waited two hours and I wasn’t offered a loaner car? Why? I spent over $1200.00 today. Prior to this I waited 6 hours and wasn’t offered a loaner car either.
I purchased my vehicle from your car dealership and have always serviced my vehicle there. I consider myself a good customer but find it a headache getting service from Goudy Honda. Isn’t Gaudy Honda a “Helpful Honda” Dealership?
