He is friendly and respectful.He was understanding and thorough. He let me know once my vehicle was ready.i felt like I was in the right place and that my vehicle was safe at Goudy.i bought my car there and always feel comfort getting my service done there.

I dropped off my car after I worked a night shift. Wilson even noticed and said I should go home and sleep then pick up my car after I rested. He calls me 2hours later to update me. I could not even comprehend what he was talking about as I was so tired and exhausted from working and he woke me up. I found it rude that your service advisors don’t make detailed notes about customers to enhance their experiences.
