The reason I answer no, because I just bought this car few months ago. Like the service because he explain to me things I missed or forgot what the salesman tell me about the service.

Had an appointment at 9am to install a spoiler. I get there get helped everything good for now. Then I get told tech won’t be in until 11am… why make me an appointment at 9 when the tech won’t even be in until 11. I ask if I can get a loaner or a shuttle which I end up getting a shuttle back. So some time goes by and I know my car wasn’t even touched until 1:20 pm because i have a device on the car that tells me when there’s any disturbance or car gets started. Then more hours go by. It’s approaching 3 so I decide to car and I get told maybe another half hour more. So the front desk helps me with a ride back and as I get there I walk to the Ivan to see if my car was ready and says yea go to front they’ll help you out. Would’ve been nice getting a message knowing it was ready or status of car. Point being wasted my whole day waiting on my car on something I got told would take about 2 hrs with appointment….
