Mr. Yu was very helpful and professional. I was a little startled when he told me I needed to pay for my oil change until I had to informed him that my oil change is already payed for until 2027. He looked again on my profile and agreed with me. From now on I will be attentive on what I must pay and is required for my vehicle. If it wasn’t for my knowledge I would’ve payed for a free service that is already included in my vehicle.

He is friendly, efficient and kept me informed about my Accord and the work it needed. He informed me of the necessary parts and how they work, and gave me a quote of the cost and approximately the time my car would be ready. Although it was an expensive repair, I am very satisfied with the service I received and the work that was done to my Accord.
