I was disappointed with the service. I made my appointment for an oil change for 10:00 am. Was told my car would be ready by 11:30 am
Usually I receive a call if my car needs other services or if they are running late. It was 11:45/11:50 and had not hear from the advisor. I went over to his station to inquire about my car. I was informed I my car needs the front car brakes replaced and the rear right light is out. Had he called earlier to inform me I would had rearranged my afternoon commitments. Usually advisors call before the time the car is promised to be ready. This was not the case. My last two experiences at Goudy have also been similar to this experience. I’ve been a Goudy client for many years and was always
impressed by its excellent service. Lately the service has been declining. I was told by the advisor four months ago, the holes of my car needed to be changed, the technician never suggested this service, it was the advisor who never saw the holes. The holes are still in good condition.
I hope the advisors will be more responsible and call the customer if the car service is running late. And an oil change should not take two hours. Especially if I make an appointment.
