I was very satisfied with the excellent customer service provided by Sader. He treats me like a friend instead of a customer just conducting business. He is friendly and courteous. I came for a battery service for my Honda Ridgeline Black Edition, which was covered under the extended warranty. Sader told me everything was covered and that the battery would be replaced with a new one, at no charge. I was surprised by the quick service.
