I came in late Thursday morning because that’s when the oil change light went on. My car needed some other maintenance as well. The service department was able to turn the vehicle around same day. Very good.

I received my truck back after having it sit nearly two months at Goudy Honda on a warranty issue. Most of the time was waiting for a special order part to arrive. But the truck was not driveable. The updates from David Vasquez were timely and he kept me aware of the order status. However this was not the best case scenario as I was still making monthly payments on a vehicle I could not use. Because the issue with the truck was a fluid leak from the heater core, I need to drive it a lot and put mileage on the truck before I can determine if it was repaired to satisfaction. Thank you.
