Everything I learned in school about listening and the overall customer service experience, Mr. Daniel Tieu did so without any issues at all. He listened to my concerns and helped me understand the servicing my vehicle would receive on that day. In addition, he also helped me replace the sun visor in my vehicle. For many months I drove with a broken visor. In a very gentle and non judgemental way, he kindly shared that having a broken visor is not safe. He went the extra mile and helped me replace the sun visor. It is experiences like this that keep me coming back to Goudy Honda for servicing. When I had a question, he did not hesitate to share an answer. Remember, I view the customer experience during and post servicing. During, he really helped me understand what was going on and he did not up sell things to me that I did not need. Post, I have a wonderful customer experience of someone who helped me stay safe on the road and got my vehicle serviced very quickly.
