Daniel has been a great help with not only listening to any issues / concerns I had but he goes beyond by being involved in resolving things. I went in for the same issue about maybe 4 times but was helped by Daniel & one other male. So anyway, they’d say nothing is wrong & don’t see an issue but Daniel stated he was sitting in my car to see / hear the issue I mentioned multiple times & finally heard what I talked about. With that being said, I usually choose Daniel for that reason due to going beyond & trying to figure it out.
Being hands on, is key. I am very happy with the outcome now that it is finally done! Honda needs more people who not only does their job but does it with effort.
