While I was pleased with the service Niel provided. I returned the following day for a fuel pump recall and ac inspection. A person named Ivan at the service desk asked what was the reason for bringing my car in. I told him ac inspection and fuel pump. He asked if my ac is blowing cold air? I told him yes, and he said “ok so we’re not checking that then” in a very harsh tone, I told him that Niel told me to bring it in and that i even had a rental reserved for these services. He asked is there anything wrong with the AC?! I said no but Niel told me they were going to check it! He replied “well if nothings wrong with it, we’re not gonna check it since its not a recall” in a dismissive way. I understand i may have said the service incorrectly, but i do feel Ivan could have checked the notes if there were any available instead of saying they’re not going to check my car. He told me to wait for Niel since there was too much going on. I did not appreciate this attitude!

Not satisfied. I was told my battery failed and was quoted $370, but AAA retested it afterward and it showed GOOD/PASS at 100% charge and 99% health. AAA also found the positive battery terminal was loose, which should have been caught. I was also charged for a tire rotation that the invoice itself says was not performed. Because of that, I’ve lost confidence in the accuracy of this inspection and would like management to review it and refund the tire rotation charge.
