It took multiple attempts to fix a rattling noise on overhead sunglasses holder from My less than one month old Honda pilot. During previous appointments no proper fix was achieved . On Thursday, April 16th I took the car to service again after speaking with Melannie. Daniel and I drove the car and discussed where the rattling noise was. He asked to leave the car for that day to identify the problem, which I agreed. At the end of the day, he contacted me and informed that they had performed insulation of the overhead sunglasses holder. Since that day rattling noise decrease and now I’m happier with a car and with the surface provided by Daniel.
