I was told the wait for my vehicle to get serviced and receive repair for a recall was going to take long, which I did not mind as long as the job is done right. My car was done sooner than I was told; however, as soon as I got on the freeway the alert for the tire pressure went down. Like I said, I don't mind waiting as long as the service is done right. I did not appreciate that something small was overlooked because now I had to go out of my way to fix it.

Andy is professional and patient with all customer. While I pulled in there was a car ahead of me. Andy explained process and answered all questions with that driver patiently so that driver can decide whether to leave the car at the shop. Andy also answered my questions regarding wait time.
