Chastity did an amazing job on keeping me posted on when my car will be completed and when it's done. She updated promptly. The technician did a great job too! I know i can trust 5154 to work on my car again. The service team did a great job and helped me get into a shuttle sooner than expected. There was only one downfall from this experience. I made this appointment last week. Honda is usually known to not lend vehicles as rental and hence, i did not request for one. When iarrived, Chastity asked if I got a rental and sadly, I said that i did not. I did not know honda offered rentals. I was not pleased because i had to make arrangements with my wife so that she can drop me off to pick up my car. A car rental would've made things easier for me. I only wished that was offered at the time I was setting up the appointment. Other than that, i think the service team did an amazing job! My car was done way before the promised time.
