I was satisfied and grateful for Omar keeping me up to date on the status, progress and results. However, even with an extended warranty, it was found that a manufacturer's defect with the attachment of the battery ground cable to the frame was stripped which caused electrical issues 0over the past 5 years resulting in replacement of four batteries. Was informed such repair is not covered under the warranty.
